DivaG (Chapter 23) - Wed 10 Feb 2016

Now Kagome has all the facts and I think she needs time alone to rethink her life and find out what she wants for her life. It does not matter who she chooses, both brothers abused her trust one way or another, both at first only thought about what they wanted without care for how she would feel. Sesshoumaru admited to lust over her at first and to fall in love with her afterwards and Inuyasha, even declaring to all that he loved her even so married another and had a daughter with this woman. Even her own mother contributed for this situation and it seems to me that Rin is not above using her to hurt Sesshoumaru. Yes, she should take time far from all of this to finally be selfish and look for what is good for only her, like everybody did and live her life without regrets.

hana sora (Chapter 23) - Tue 09 Feb 2016

Yes. . If i were her i choose sessh. .

rosheemary (Chapter 23) - Mon 08 Feb 2016

huhu... Poor Kagome... I applaused Kagome for not disappearing nor getting crazy.

Dang, you should give Sesshomaru lesson, girl! That bad horny dog... lol

Well, thanks for updating, can't wait for next chapter/

Debra (Chapter 23) - Mon 08 Feb 2016

Yes finally he admitted to loving her! Now hopefully she realizes that he is leaving his unhappy marriage for her. He wasn't claiming to love her and marrying other women or having kids with other women. He honestly fell in love with her and as been trying to win her love. It was honestly her mother and Inuyasha that betrayed her trust. She shouldn't settle for Inuyasha, he's never really loved her.

LoveAndFaith (Chapter 23) - Mon 08 Feb 2016
Like I said in the last chapter, she needs to be by herself and her does not deserve her, thank you for the chapter! Keep it coming.

Mona (Chapter 23) - Mon 08 Feb 2016

Sesshoumaru does not deserve her.  I am hoping this doesn't turn out to be another one of those stories where Kagome is the one being hurt, deceived and wronged, only for her to forgive so easily and quickly.  Kindness is great but having a backbone is great as well.  He made her a home wrecker and mistress, as well as many more negative characteristics.  And she will be labeled a fool if she takes him back.

Mona (Chapter 23) - Mon 08 Feb 2016

Please do not allow her to forgive him.  Have her quit with a letter of resignation and leave it on her desk.  In the meantime she leaves where no one will expect to find her, so she can regroup.  She needs time alone, where the outside whispers of others will not influence her.

Tana_san (Chapter 22) - Wed 20 Jan 2016

Hi Sweetie, I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to respond back, but things are just not going well right now and with my illnesses stress always makes me just sleep. I bet Kagome wishes she could just go to sleep untill all this blows over too. Poor girl. I feel for her, but we all have the power of choice and sometimes we have those who try to 'help" but only complicate things and the choices we make are screwed up big time and we feel like we'll never get things righted again.

Kagome's first good choice was to take the time off Sesshoumaru gave her. I think he's thinking more of her emotions and amnesia than anything else is right now. He knew he did wrong from the beginning and Rin IS wrong about him. He made a grave mistake finding a way to keep Rin alive, but he was in all aspects her Father and no parent wants to lose their child if they can keep them alive with them. Sesshoumaru never had true love, he never experienced love with the exception of revivng Rin with Tenseiga and allowing her to follow him. He gave Rin her choice to come with him or not. He only allowed her to stay in the human village Edo because she needed to learn how to live with her own species. He didn't want her to leave but as a Father he did what he thought was best for her and when she wanted to court and marry a human, he allowed her her own choice...but to allow her to die...to die and never see her again...it was too much to ask. He had lost Rin one too many times and he discovered when his mother used the meido stone to return her life one last time, that he really loved this child. She was "HIS" child and he did only what he knew to be right for her.

I hope Kagome doesn't listen to Rin. Rin is angry and bitter. She'll always play the dutiful and respectful daughter she was raised to be, but she'll always have her own thoughts and like Kagome, I feel sad for her. She misses and wants to be with her husband and this and couldn't be given to her and she's blames Sesshoumaru for his possessiveness. She doesn't fully understand that what he did was out of his love for her because Sesshoumaru has never spoken his love for her. My hope was that having a renewed friendship with Kagome could help her, but now I think Rin's poison right now and the less Kagome is with her the better.

I'm glad that InuYasha is getting well but I'm also happy that this time alone around him is giving Kagome time to think and put her life into prospective. She is seeing that the full blame was herself and if she had not practically thrown herself at Sesshoumaru like she did, he may not have re acted the way he did. It wasn't her fault alone though. Her Mother and family knew she had questions and didn't

I'm the kind of person who believes we don't pick who our heart choses to love, that if love is meant to happen, it will. Sesshoumaru could have gone about this in many other ways that would have been more proper. He should have spoken to her first about why she felt he was the one she saw in her dreams and given a possibly that there might have been another. He didn't have to say InuYasha's name since he figured out she had some memory difficulty. Through this time he could have forged a friendship with her since he felt something he wanted to explore with her, but being who he is, he has always gone head strong to get what he wants and Kagome needing to verify that her dreams were indeed real because this "man" looked just like her dreams and visions never even thought to tell him let's go slow and see where all this is heading. I have amnesia and I don't want to make any mistakes or hurt you or myself.

The next person I really think might be able to help her is still Sesshoumaru's mother. She may want what's best for her son but she will not lie to Kagome. I'm sure she has kept tabs on InuYasha, Rin, and Sesshoumaru all these years. She also has all the dirt on the wives and that Sesshoumaru was in divorce proceeding way before Kagome ever met him and that he lived in his Hotel until the divorce was completed. I don't see Kagome as a homewrecker. Sesshoumaru's marriage was just arrangements before the papers would be signed. InuYasha on the other hand had actually told Sesshoumaru he had intended to be divorced before he come back to "claim" Kagome. I honestly don't think she would appreciate his wanting to "claim" her when he come back. She always says she belongs to no one but herself.

I liked this chapter. It showed that Kagome didn't just fall back into her old ways but she took time to look at what happened and where the mistakes were made. I know she'll need to talk to each of the brothers and I think she still needs to talk to her Mother and let her know how her not answering her questions and allowing Kagome's memory to slowly come back has in fact hurt her and both brothers. Good intentions aren't always the right.

Well, I yammered on long enough and I know I'm probably repeating myself but getting older does that and it also shows I haven't forgotten everything I read. *laughs*

Great to hear back from you, Moonlight. You'll never know just what your few short sentences do for me and how you lift my spirit. I'm happy for you to, my dear friend. I'm glad you are happy. The heart knows... ;)

Love ya!!!!   JEN

DivaG (Chapter 22) - Mon 11 Jan 2016

Hi, great chapter. it seems to me that no matter what, Kagome's destiny is to be a home wrecker, no matter if she chooses Inuyasha or Sesshoumaru. Both brothers are abandoning their wives for her, kkkk. Seriously, it's a good thing that she has decided to listen to Sesshoumaru's reasonings, for she wil need it to make her own choices. Personally, at the risk of being partial, I thing that Inuyasha is the worst between the two, because he made the choice of using another woman for his pleasures all the while knowing that he would discard her when the time to be with Kagome arrived. It's really selfish, and I'm sick of men that think that way, that look at women thinking that they can do what they choose without regards to what they feel. It's disgusting. Sesshoumaru was wrong too, but he came to love her afterwards, and I think that he deserves a chance. But, Rin? Is she planning revenge against Sesshoumaru through Kagome? She seems bitter enough.

LoveAndFaith (Chapter 22) - Sat 09 Jan 2016

Kagome needs to be by her self or get a new man, keep it coming.

hana sora (Chapter 22) - Thu 07 Jan 2016

uh i hate your rin's character in this story. . just hope kagome and sesshy will finish this problema things. . Everyone makes a mistake so does sesshy and if kagome see it far more that inu too, is a cheating bastard!!

Mutnodjmet (Chapter 22) - Wed 06 Jan 2016

I think that Inuyasha was just as selfish as his brother. He had no right barging in on Sesshoumaru and kagome the way that he did. Did he even try to find Kagome when he  finally reached her timeline. He knew where she lived. Why did he not go there? He had his family and a love life so why would he get so upset that Kagome would move on. I think it's because she was with his brother. I think Sess really does love Kagome and I hope they get back together gets her clouded mind together. Another thing, was S/K using protection when they had their sexcapades? If she turns up pregnant that would complicate things even worse. I just love this story. Moonlight Silk you are a very good writer in my opinion. Great job!

Debra (Chapter 22) - Wed 06 Jan 2016

I'm glad she has decided to talk to Sesshoumaru and get the answers she needs. I really hope she realizes that Sesshoumaru is leaving his wife for her. I hope she she also realizes that she said InuYasha was her first love. As in it's over, and they both have moved on. He's lived his life and had his family, now it's her time to have her own family.

Mona (Chapter 22) - Wed 06 Jan 2016

I hope she does not go back to Sesshoumaru, a mated and married youkai and let's not forget a liar.  He may have developed feelings but his actions were dishonorable, he received a woman who was ill and lost.  Sesshoumaru should not have the happy ever after that he wants with Kagome.  I really really hope they don't end up together, even if it has to be a bitter end.

AnimeLady04 (Chapter 21) - Mon 30 Nov 2015

I honestly still think Kagome will settle and remember all that Sesshomaru has done for her. True, she did love Inuyasha. But sometimes, first loves are not the last love. Inuyasha is right about himself. He was impatient, unkind, rude, a jerk, and was always comparing her (and finding her lacking) against his own first love - Kikyo. For Kagome to be treated kindly and right by Inuyasha versus the time (even in the past) that Sesshomaru took with her should show her the difference in the brothers. I can understand why Inuyasha started a fight with Sesshomaru, but, he should have waited to confront either Kagome or Sesshomaru separately or, when Kagome's memories started returning, turn from Sesshomaru and care for Kagome. Instead, Inuyasha helped escalate the fight and did not concern himself with Kagome.

Sesshomaru has shared a lot of himself with Kagome when he has not let anyone else close, not even Rin. He has kept things from Rin but he has been mostly opened with Kagome with the exception of the past. He has done a lot to make her happy and ensure she achieves her goals.

I hope she remembers those things too.

DivaG (Chapter 21) - Mon 30 Nov 2015

Right now Kagome is really confused and blaming all this situation solely on Sesshoumaru, but she fails to realize that who actually started all this was she when she threw herself at him when she first entered his office, and the fact that he was married did not stop her at all. After all, is always easier to blame someone else than to recognize one's mistakes. and the fact that she clings to it for so long just show how much her reasoning capacity is slow. And she is about to face a harsh reality when she realizes that the man with whom she dreamed all this time did not wait for her at all and enjoyed life fully until he decided to meet her again, only after finalize his divorce and with a daugther about her age. When her brain finally reach it's operating capacity, she will find even more desilusion. Great chapter.

Tana_san (Chapter 21) - Sun 29 Nov 2015

I don't know how any doctor could possibly help Kagome with her amnesia without knowing she was a time traveling miko. Kagome really only had those who knew of her adventures through the well to look to for answers to her dreams and visions. I can't imagine how crazy she must have felt when no one would acknowledge her questions. Mama wanted Kagome to live a "normal" life without all the drama from the past, so she's not wanting any memories to come back to Kagome. I imagine the whole family just wanted Kagome to live without all the drama the past put her through.

I know that Sesshoumaru did act selfishly but then again Sesshoumaru always seems to do what he wants to acquire what he wants. Look at what he did to Rin. Rin feels anger and hate for him but she still loves and respects him as a dutiful Japanese daughter does, but she drew enough courage to tell her father that he just needs to leave Kagome alone and allow her time to think things through.

He should feel guilt and remorse over the way he went about this. He's centuries old and still acting as if women were a possession...not to say he didn't treat her well or give her everything he thought she deserved. He wanted her to have everything he could give her and when he finally knew his feelings he allowed the whole world to know and see just how much he cared for her when they went to her friends wedding. He knew he was playing a dangerous game and what would no doubt happen when his brother found out. He was just a little too late in trying to tell Kagome that he wasn't the male in her dreams. If I would put a word to it I would say he was and is afraid to lose her...not too just InuYasha, but to lose her for any reason. Sesshoumaru just doesn't know how to admit his feelings to anyone, let alone himself. A youkai who has always believed that these kind of feelings made one weak.

InuYasha was a fool for attacking his brother the way he did. He may have Kagome by his side right now, but that's only because Kagome is at a crossroad where her memory is concerned. She's not the same young woman who she was before she injured herself in the well upon her final return. She was essentially given a whole different life when she awoke. No one told her anything different and would move her thoughts away from any memories or dreams she asked about. Her family failed her there in my opinion. Like I said before, there are ways to approach things carefully so no true damage is done.

InuYasha knew she had no memory of him but he decided he was coming back into her life anyway now that he finalized his divorse from the woman who gave him a daughter. How did he think Kagome would feel about having a step child around the same age as she is? As far as Kagome's memories told her she and InuYasha were more or less engaged and she was going to stay a virgin until they met again. InuYasha may think he has her back now but I don't see how that could happen. Kagome is not the woman she promised herself to him and neither is he.

Kagome may be caring for him now but I think she'll need to leave once he's on his feet. She needs to have someone neutral to talk to. If she goes to a support group she just need to leave the time traveling out of the it.

Hugs,  JEN
