Oh, now I get it. Kagome's gonna consult to Kaede about her markings? And the newfound power and whatnot, it seems. I get the feeling Kaede will be a wise one, far from Asumi, but with you, I never know LOL.

Ah-Un is (are?) so adorable and they quickly become my favorite character(s) here, along with Kaito. I just wish that Kaito also 'clean the house' after the Lord and Lady left.

And I can smell something from the upcoming announcement. Well, I was hoping something will happened. :)

As useal another great chapter. Here is a review for your author's note too. We always have to go into slut mode every once in awhile, keeps the men folk on their toes, and for those that are married it keeps them in line and their eyes from a wondering else where.

Oh what a grand chapter. I read both chapters 6 and 7. I almost missed chapter 6. I am glad that Miyako is out of the picture. Kagome did a good job of kicking her ass and eliminating her. I liked the way you wrote the lemon piece in this chapter. It was very emotional. I think that Kagome is the supreme earth miko that her mother and the other priests and prietesses are looking for. Her mother made mention of this fact in chapter 2. She had also mentioned that they had intended to use the earth miko to help them bring down the rule of the Youkai; the why is the mystery behind the plot. Won't Kagome's mother be terribly suprised when she finds out that the earth miko that they are looking for is her own daughter.

Somehow I missed this chapter, LOL.

Anyway. First about Inuyasha... is this finally the end of his tantrum? I'd hate to see Kagome had forgiven him again and he hurt her again in the future. I hope this is the last his role as the bad guy, and become a better... erm, person.

Second, about Asumi. While I dislike her, I have to... grudgingly... be grateful for she saved Kagome from Inuyasha. However, now that you've set the part where Kagome and her have disagreement, I look forward for their next interaction.

Third, about Midoriko. I can't unsee the irony of her character; on the one side, she has her own prejudice against yokai, but why then, she steered Kagome to Sesshomaru in the first place? Could it be there something else behind all this scheme? Hmmmmmm thinking about it only makes me dizzy. LOL.

Nice updates. I feel bad for Inuyasha, but that was a hard lesson he had to learn. I have the feeling that Miyako was the ringleader in getting him kicked out of the shiro. Glad she's a pile of ash. As for the youkai trying to intrude into the shiro, they'll be nothing but piles of ash themselves if they don't turn back the way they came. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I was very frustrated with Kagome's impulsive decision to just leave the shiro when she heard things from the servant. I hoped that she realized that she was mated  right now; the decision is not only by her to make, she has to discuss it with her mate. So, I'm kind of relieved that Kaito explained about it, and some more about inuyokai culture, and I'm happy to see that she finally calmed down... and determined to be a better mate for a peaceful mating.

Aside from that, the length of this chapter makes me giddy! I read it very, very slowly so that I won't finish it too soon LOL.

Now I'm looking forward for the action! More drama! More twists and turns! *goes starry-eyed*

Damn! And just when they were going to make it official. Inuyasha and those youkai had to go and ruin it. I couldn't help but think that at the time he cheated on Kagome with Kikyo that his rational side was telling him Kagome wasn't the right girl for him; that she was way too powerful for him *shrugs* and that he should be with someone more or less on his level. Seriously, in my opinion, his rational side probably couldn't handle the fact that Kagome wouldn't be dominated so easily by him as she would be by Sesshomaru. And then there's that Miyako chick. Now I'm torn between seeing her getting her ass purified by Kagome and Inuyasha taking her as a mate in his feral lust, that is, IF he survives Sesshomaru's wrath.

As for Asumi, I'm getting suspicious of her. I don't get why she has to keep tabs on Sesshomaru. He's the Lord of the West. IDK, I just don't trust her with these plans of watching him. This goes beyond being a somewhat overprotective mother. She's got another agenda. Looking forward to see what happens next.

Ohhhh so close. My heartbeat sped up a little in anticipation and then BAM that fucking Inuyasha had to ruin it. I hope Kagome never forgives him for putting a damper on her wedding day. Such excellent writing skills to flesh out and draw in the characters of the piece. So many questions around the mystery of Kagome's mother.

I like how the author keeps us the reader engaged in the story and keeps us panting for more. You build us up just to let us down just a tad and then something big happens to save the day. I hope that Kagome gets pupped during their actual mating at Sess's ancestral home...if they make it there in time while the moon is still full. Anyway, keep up the grand work of writing an excellent story. Fantastic job!

I have a bad feeling this is not the last we've seen of this Miyako chick. I bet she'll try to crash the wedding along with Inuyasha. IDK, I think Midoriko should make another appearance as well. Maybe she'll be strong enough to knock some sense into him because other than Sesshomaru, I don't think Sango, Miroku, Koga and Ayame combined will be enough to stop him, especially if he's a pissed off, feral hanyou.
