Make sure he goes for the higher thread count sheets, Kagome. Don't want anyone's knees chafing on low quality fabric! That would be weird her splitting bills with him, because it's really dad providing, not Sesshoumaru. Thought she might have got a hint of that during the souvenir-returning chapter.
Seriously though, I couldn't stop smiling through this whole chapter, it was just too adorable, I feel like a grinning idiot now.

She owes him an apology. That was incredibly sweet, showing her love and true committment while she'd been irritable and suspicious. She needs to have more trust. He's never given her any reason to doubt, at all. Anyone else would break both her arms to have that kind of devlotion. She should appreciate it more.
He's really going to have to deal with this new perspective of his dad's. I'm interested to see how Sesshoumaru reacts to his dad now accepting him. His dad created and allowed InuYasha's cruelty and has never been a real father apparently. He continues to just see Sesshoumaru as an object. I can't wait to see him realize that Sesshoumaru's not going to just follow his dad's script!
Can't wait to read each chapter!

What a nice silver lining to Kagome's living situations. She won't have to worry about her RA watching her. It's also good that Sesshomaru is finally getting his father's approval about something. Inuyasha must have done one hell of a number on him when they were younger. Part of this is also their father's fault for not intervening and letting Inuyasha do whatever he wanted. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Don't worry...Sesshoumaru to the resuce. His news prob couldn't have come at a better time. Things do seem a little fast, but each relationship is different. I wonder how this will change things even further. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

As awful as Inuyasha is, he's a product of what their father made him, just as much as Sesshoumaru. I think dad's behavior is way worse, because his abuse is so much more insidious and subtle and not how a parent is supposed to treat his kids. I hope he gets some comeuppance.
Hmmm... Does that mean Inupapa is going to try and split them once Sesshomaru becomes the heir he wants?

WOW! Talk about a rude awakening for Inuyasha. I think that bad trip is also part of his bad karma. That's what he gets for being such a bully to Sesshomaru all those years. But I have a bad feeling this could result in an extremely violent temper tantrum. Who knows? Now should definitely be a good time for Sesshomaru to show Kagome the surprise. At least, she won't have to worry about meddling RAs. Can't wait for the next chapter.
