Oh. My. God. The past several chapters were spectacular~!

And I want to say I'm sorry for not reviewing in such a long time. Evil final exams have come to my school and things were hectic and stressful for me - I didn't have time to have any fun! Including reading your addictive writing but I'm back now and all caught up.

My heart goes out to Takashi. He's still hung up over Kagome and all and has to deal with seeing her fall for HIS cousin right under his nose! My only hope for him now is that they can defeat Neikan swiftly just so that he can return to his castle and not have to suffer under that so much. Oh by the way I found it hilarious and it threw me off guard that Neikan was like, RIGHT THERE the whole time LOL. And Sesshoumaru went out forever searching for him all over the place when he hadn't even gone far; Neikan was laughing about this the whole time while he was recovering, right? Like ha, those fools. I loved the chapter you did where the two of them were seperated however, it was sweet yet painful because of Takashi's longing for her...and Sesshoumaru and Kagome longing for each other. I think the seperation was actually able to bring the closer and the way you portrayed that through temperary distance was excellent. I could just feel the forlorning mood throughout the chapter and I just thought it was beautiful. You do an excellent job when it comes to portraying moods and tones in your writing.

I loved the chapter where Inuyasha made a brief appearance as well! Its about time! Its interesting that he won't be participating in this battle though and how Kagome has developed her own different crew entirely; I like that actually, its very refreshing and different. I suppose I am not used to that kind of approach as well but this leaves you more roomt to develop new characters as you have and that is working out really well in this story.

But anyway the reason why I went omg at first was because chapter 21 was just epic. So much drama! And in stories I just thrive off of drama for some reason - idk maybe because they are such an emotional roller-coaster and I am just a glutton for pain that way or something but either way with each chapter this story just keeps getting better, please keep up this fantastic work. I was irate at first that Sesshoumaru wouldn't even let her go up on the frontlines and help them out but when Rin spoke wisely it all made sense. I was taken aback slightly actually...her barriers really can't work against humans? I mean it makes sense that she cannot use her offensive purification powers against them but if its physical attacks I don't see why not. But this is just an interesting plot twist you have added because it creates more tension for the characters and forces even more weakness on Kagome - the fact that she cannot fair well in close-quarters combat without her barrier ability. I'm sure Neikan probably knew that as well? Or he just does not care and just wants more bloodshed. Whatever. I just love it though.

Take your time and continue wowing us~ I am just anticipating this next intense battle between all of them and I can't wait to see how it will play out. Something tells me that Kagome will not be satisfied with just staying back and out of the way... cheers to you ^_^ You deserve an applause.

I've really enjoyed this chapter, even if it did make me a bit teary eyed for Takashi. I hope he has a happy ending somewhere. I am excited to see how the reunion between Kagome and Sesshomaru play out. Keep it coming. :)
