Haha, awesome! I'm enjoying the heck out of this. Love how Kagome isn't taking any of Sess and Kouga's crap, even knowing how much stronger they are than her. And I really like Kouga's role in this - he's a nice counterpoint to Sesshoumaru's coldness and his interactions with Kagome seriously crack me up. I also like how you're still mirroring some aspects of the original canon, like Kags freeing Inuyasha and serving as a mother figure for Shippo. I love little Shippo to death, so I'm thrilled to see him at Kagome's side in this story :D

I did notice one thing in this chapter: a few paragraphs from the top, you say "Now that the East and the West could communicate again..." but earlier you had indicated that Kouga is the demon prince of the South, right? Confused me a bit, so I just thought I'd point that out.

Anyway, great story! First S/K/K I've read, and I'm liking it a lot! Til' next time... :)

Loving this story, so far, and fascinated to see where you're going with it! Very interesting setup. I love Kagome's voice in this one--intelligent, doesn't take shit, and really cleverly snarky. Liking Kouga a lot, too. Liking Sess, but would love to see more of him!

There's something that doesn't make any sense, sess mentioned they were cursed to be unable to understand each other yet they appeared to have no problem communicating. What's up with that?

So far after reading both chapters, I like the story a lot.  It definitely has potential to be a really good story. I am looking forward to what Kagome's duties will be as a bonded servant to both demons and how other demons will treat her.
