Awww, just when I thought Sesshoumaru had a change of heart, he comes up with that plan. It was so sinister, so wicked, and so Sesshoumaru! I feel bad for him. His growing feelings for Kagome is so foreign to him and since he hadn't felt said feelings before, he would treat it with the only way he knows how. I hope his tests wouldn't succeed in pushing Kagome away from him permanently.

But I wonder if Sesshomaru realizes his precarious position?

He wants her to feel betrayed and depend and rely only on him. Yet wouldn't too much betrayl and angst darken her light? Make her wish to give up and just rest from all the hurt and pain? And what about when she finds out he not only lied about the reason he did not save Onigumo but he also instigated Onigumo's death which also caused her injury? Too much death and betrayl make break her spirit and then what would he do?

uh ho......wonder if Kikyo was with Inu? If that's the case then another piece of Kagome's innocent heart may break.
But I think Kagome's inner strength will prevail and she will prove to Sesshomaru she is not going to truly became dark.

what a tease. gosh kagome.

I feel bad for Onigumo...then again I am biased and I have a thing for villians.  Naraku is a fave.  There is just something heartbreaking about a villian's past that twists them so hard, you can do nothing but pity them.  Inversely, the hero usually has a damaging past but they aren't so far broken that they can't move from it, thus working harder to make life better, maybe not for themselves, but others.

Ex: Loki> major fan girls.

I loved the last couple chapters and Kagome's interations with each of the characters.  I love the development.  A part of me wishes for Onigumo to make that jump to Naraku to make Sesshoumaru's life more complicated, but I will be happy with wherever this goes.
