I can't wait for Kagome to use her Sessh mask. I can just imagine a poor sighted snake getting jumpy at the thought of fighting Sessh then knocking off her mask, or noticing her black hair and realizing it isn't Sessh and getting all cocky then wham! Holy power purifying that dude into dust. Ahhh So excited. But blah ignore me. I love your writing and I honestly cannot wait to see how you implement the Sessh mask. Ooh so good!

I love your inclusion of Royokan. many of the nay sayers in Sesshomaru's forces are getting a first hand demonstration of Kagome's usefulness and empathy. She may find more support after this, no matter how grudging the respect might be.
