Aha!  he knows she lied...but she doesn't know he knows.  AHAHA!  This shaping up to be quite interesting...but I suppose Sesshomauru wants a chance to correct his mistaken actions up to this point, without her being afraid of his reaction...and without him having to give himself away :D  Great update!

I'm so VERY sorry to hear of your health issues!!  I wondered why this delightful fic wasn't being updated, but figured I'd hear sooner or later.  I sincerely hope that things get better for you SOONEST... catching up after being ill is horrible!  Now, pardon me for a moment while I SQUEEEEE over this latest offering.  Not only is it totally cute, but you used the word "bated."  And, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, you spelled it correctly!!!!!  I know, horrid of me to bring that up, but you have NO idea how often I cringe when I see it spelled differently.

Anyway, once more, my deepest sympathy for your health problems of late, as well as my heartfelt thanks for all the hard work you've put into your writing.  I love it when I see my alerts and know that I'm going to be reading something that will take me away, even for a brief time!

I wonder if he is going to let her know that this is not the only letter of hers that he has. Somehow I feel like he will keep it a secret until he gets her more on his side/is in her good graces. But how funny would that be if she reposted it somewhere and he just went and got it again. I can't wait to see what happens next and what Sesshoumar's plan will be :)

I've just finished reading this.  Fantastic series.  I don't mind that you have villified Inutashio.  It's a departure from the usual, that adds an interesting twist to the story. I also like how you've portrayed Sesshoumaru as his usual stoic self on the outside but very emotional and even vulneraable on the inside. 

Way back in the beginning of this series you had Kagome's modern era friends bring up a handsome new student that just started school, but haven't referred to him again.  Is he no longer important to the story?  

Looking forward to the next installment.

A least Sesshoumaru is willing to make a change...or several. He does want this and is willing to do what's necessary to get it. I can't wait to see if he's all talk though (even though somehow I doubt that). Things are usually easier said then done though. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Sesshomaru...is doomed.  So Doomed.  And I love it!  Sesshomaru's thoughts would be perfect, if not for the fact that Shippou has stuck himself right in the middle of something he has no idea is there.  The problem I think is that Kagome's not likely to automatically assume Sesshomaru is her pen pal; instead, she's going to go NUTS when she realizes he's going to read what she wrote and discover her "secret admirer".  Such a great set up for drama and doom :D
