This story is absolutly amazing. I think your fight scenes are very entertaining and well written. I love how you portray Kagome, she's so feisty. I have to admit that chapter 12 is my absolute favorite so far, it's hilarious. Can't wait to read more!

I am so gateful to Elegant Paws for dedicating a chapter of The Art of Tea, to you and recommending this story. I am totally blown away. Your craftsmanship and creativity have taken a storyline that has been used before and turned it into something fresh and beautiful. I was totally captivated up until I got to one of the most luscious love scenes I have ever read. The way everything he did so gently and lovingly, replacing every bad, terrifying deed done to her in the past and turned it into something to cherish. I cried like a baby. The other part of your story that made me sit up and take notice is the tournement. I don't usually like fight scenes. I always lose the action somewhere along the way but with yours, I could see every move in my mind. I could actually follow the fight. Do you personally have experience with martial Arts or swords or some kind of tactical background because you are really good. I loved the sparring with Koga. I laughed out loud. Sesshomaru's mother is a handful and I particularly liked Gina. You have your characterizations dead on. You have also created fascinating new characters that just don't fill space but have a life of their own. Sesshomaru's uncle sounds positively diabolical and of course the two conniving generals evil incarnate. Good Job. Your writing is rich with colors, flavors, scents, emotions and is very professional. You are an exceptional writer and I hope to read more from you soon Til next time, Deb.

This is a great story! I loved the fighting scenes and the fact that she's not wearing the beads anymore. I have to say that I love how you write Kagome as being a strong character and not a simpering ninny. I have read and reviewed your other story, Dancing with Scissors, which is another great story! Please keep up the good work and I can't wait til you update in August on this story!

This story is such a jewel in my day. I'm always googley-eyed at your eloquence, drooling like a student for her history professor. You effortlessly mix intrigue and intimate romance like its autobiographical or something. I love it. This story is a hand-carved chess board of epic proportions. And *chortle*, I just saw iloveprettysilverhair's comment about the swords. I second that!
