Love the story. I have discovered it not even a week ago, and I have been enjoying your daily drabbles since then. Though after this chapter it i probably not best for me to read at 1:48 in the morning after pulling an all nighter the day before. I got severely disappointed after I (mis)read the title as "In which a night runs with scissors" and there were no scissors or running involved...Anyways, I love the story (and this chapter) and can't wait or tomorrow (today? I'm not really sure of the time or day of the week anymore) for the next drabble.

I don't know why when I read about her grabbing a lantern and thought of the old oil lanterns my grandmother has I imagined Kagome chucking it at Kouga's little camp. Midnight Maltav Cocktail. (^_^) But then again it probably wouldn't help anything, Kouga would just say that it made her more attractive or something. XD!

Loved the instalment, I'm so happy I get these little treats on a pretty much daily basis.
