'In the beginning ' I'd like to say, though a bit too confusing (to my liking, I might add) its a great idea. Though if you'd shed a bit more light on the storyline it might even turn out to be much more than you intended too. Nonetheless its good to read and definitely mysterious (especially the time frames). And as you intend to be a sadistic writer, its quite alright, I mean a good story is isn't good enough if it cannot keep its readers on their toes, right??? Update soon!!!!!!!!! Wow. Holy crap and like...wow! This story is of epic proportions. It's like...well I can't even think of anything to compare it to. The universe you've created in this fic is so rich and detailed. The history behind Sesshomaru's character is something I've never read before. The whole piece is so unique and compelling. I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface of this storyline while reading it. No wonder this is only the first in a three part series. As I said. Wow. I'm so hooked it's sad. Please keep writing, if you don't I'll cry. I can't believe a story like this has only 17 reviews, WTH!? And just because I don't feel like I said it enough before...wow.

I really enjoyed your latest chapter. I love the way that you portray Sesshomaru as having very humble beginnings.

Your story is quite engaging and compared to many other writers there are a minimum of mistakes, which also helps make the story an enjoyable read. However, there is one mistake which I feel the need to point out because it appears consistently across chapters (and it is distracting to a reader in that it breaks up the continuity of the sentence each time it appears) -- in place of the word "definitely" you repeatedly substitute the word "defiantly." I'm not quite sure why, but this appears to be a rather common mistake among fan fiction writers. But it's easily fixed if you're aware of the problem. Otherwise, good job and I look forward to uncovering more of the mysteries of Sesshoumaru and his multiple personality incarnations . . . .

brilliant story read it from begginning to this last chapter in one go. Truly enjoying it, Sybil is one of my favorite books so the multiple personality angle really caught my interest. It's really quite plausible. so many of the things Sesshoumaru does seem contradictory and inexplicable but if you look at it from your point of veiw suddenly everthing makes sense. Rin and the incident with Muso and his strange sense of justice not to mention patience with Jaken and the way he treats Kohaku as opposed to his general disinterest in everything around him, his utter ruthlessness and you have to admit he can be cruel. I think i might now permanently carry the impression that Sesshoumaru has more than one personality within himself. Thank you for an excellent read. I hope you continue to write and the answer is Bodicea, i think she went into battle and was followed by her two daughters; from what i can remember she lost to the romans. There's a pretty brilliant sculpture of Bodicea and her daughters in a chariot i think in bronze will find it and drop you the url if you arent already familiar with it.
