Ceferadel (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

I truly love this story! Its extremely brilliant and something so new its very refreshing. I feel so bad for sesshoumaru... I hope him and Kagome and his dad meet sometime soon. But i understand a lot of growth needs to take place for both characters just because they are so young. till next time!

Lexie (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

wow cool as. please keep updating your story is really cool!!

Gothic Lust (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

Interesting. I hope everything goes well if/when you ship off. I have a friend in the Army Reserves and several more already in combat.

The myth was fine by the way. It was simple to follow. It's interesting to see that those two souls were recycled into a new life with the same or similar looks and the same name. I hope it works out for them this time. It would suck if it didn't. I wonder if Inu no Taisho has realised the myth is reliving itself, or if he is grasping at straws for some hope of his lost son.

I love it. Please update soon.

Rowdys girl (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

It's a wonderful chapter. I enjoyed it thoroughly! I will keep you in my prayers while you are in Iraq, I will ask God to hold you and your comrades in his hands and keep you safe.

Quiet Whisper (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

Well I have to say this is very interesting indeed, I can't wait to see what happens next so keep up the awsome job!!! Also I just had one question that I might have missed, does Kagome have a horn and tail to or is it just the males of the Kirin's that possess those traits?

Gabrielle (Chapter 6) - Tue 13 Jul 2010

Great story!

If I may....I read that your unit is going to be deployed to Iraq. I would just like to say that a thousand thanks for serving this country. The sacrifice you all make is astounding, I admire the resilience and courage. So once again, my deepest and most sincere thanks. God Bless.

jojo661538 (Chapter 5) - Tue 15 Jun 2010

it is quite an interesting story keep up the great work ^_^

snowbird (Chapter 5) - Mon 14 Jun 2010

I have to add that I finally figured out what this story reminds me of.  The movie 'The Soldier' with Kurt Russell.  I loved that movie.  It started with him as a baby and slightly touched on various times as he grew up and what he had to experience.

Lexie (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

ok i dont know who Kenshin or Vash is so they're new to me. military lingo does my head in but i do think im getting the drift of it. so far im totally engrossed in this story, its got a heap of detail and adding background never hurts a story.

keep up the good work!

please update!

Kari Konoko (Chapter 1) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

I read a few of the others reviews as well and figured i'd confirm, to set up ranks or enter a formation anywhere but in the barrracks, where they do not form ranks but instead stand by their bunks, the order can be either "form up" or "fall in", but you have that already XD just figured i'd clarify a bit more.

Kari Konoko (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

I like how this is going so far, it's very original and has a great flare for action. Just a note on the military lingo. "At Ease" is the command to relax, in order to get a squad to form up as they did in the barracks the command is "stand to" then they would be told "at ease" to relax and thena final dismissal, which you did well. i like the motto. in comabt the equivalent to "stand to" is attention, because "stand to" isn't used anywhere else.  Good job, I look forward to the nexrt update.

sugar0o who lurks (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

this fic has my attention so much! is Sarge Miroku?

Diane (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

I think I forgot to put my name to my previous post;

Remarkably since I don't follow military matters the correct command for assembly just popped into my head, fall in not at ease which like I said is relax, etc.

Anonymous (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

Really enjoying this overall, want to strangle a lot of the older soldiers though.

Just as an FYI at ease means stand down or relax more or less, I think you may have wanted to use attention or some other command, where everyone scrambles to get into some kind of formation.

Also just after Sess slices the garu in half you have weary which is tired, wary means cautious etc. you have the same minor goof when they confront the alpha garu too.

O2H (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

Now that's the coolest story I've read thus far....  Totally original and perfectly written.  Though I can't imagine Kagome with an Unicorn horn....  Oh well, I leave that to you.  However, this story rocks cross between Universal Soldier and Alien Nation type thing....  Oh and I didn't miss the characters either...  Smooth move on that one.  Anyways, I hoping for a quick update...  I can't wait till Inutaisho hands rather bites into the Core...    Totally grand...  Update soon.

Rowdys girl (Chapter 5) - Sun 13 Jun 2010

Wah! So good, so good! Need more and more. Kneels beside writer's desk with begging eyes just showing.

theunknownchild (Chapter 5) - Sat 12 Jun 2010

Hey, even if the plot is going slow it is still really interesting! Keep up the good work!

CutieSOS (Chapter 5) - Sat 12 Jun 2010

this was really good

cant wait for more. keep up the good work.

snowbird (Chapter 5) - Sat 12 Jun 2010

I like how you're telling in detail of his life from the beginning.  It will help to understand him once he's a grown-up as to why he thinks and behaves the way he will.  Are you going to let Kagome learn some form of defense?  I guess I never liked that the manga always left her as a helpless female always yelling for Inuyasha to save her.

hikari hime (Chapter 5) - Sat 12 Jun 2010

Very good chapter. I always appreciate a slow build up. I don't have any problem with the metric system either... I'm French after all  -evil grin-

It would be funny if Kenshin kept on calling Sesshomaru 'little one' when he's a 'grown up'. The Battousai is far from being tall, and adult Sess... well, he's kind of gigantic, compared to our red haired favourite samurai... :D

I do experience difficulties with military lingo. I never was into war-films anyway, I'm more of a close-combat type of girl, used to teach kung fu and all, but fire arms... they make me queasy, so I don't really know what you're talking about... doesn't mean I don't like your fic though, the context always helps and I'm not feeling 'out of it', so don't worry too much about it. I would just appreciate it if you did a little explaining at the end of the chapter (for example), like some sort of glossary, if the technical terms are essential to understanding the plot...

Anyway, keep on the good job Lass :D
