Mistress Sianna (Chapter 1) - Fri 09 May 2008
I just read the first chapter. Very good stuff! And well written as well. Very sad what happened to Rin though. When I read the summary, I thought there's no way Inuyasha would kill Rin. But, you made it very believable. Good job!

Langus (Chapter 5) - Fri 09 May 2008
I've heard a lot of good things about 'Atonement' and seen it recommended by quite a few people so I decided to finally check it out. I really liked it at the start. Your first chapter had the perfect mix of drama and angst and it was incredibly well written. I like where the story is going so far as well. It seems to be progressing well. My only criticism is with the last chapter I read - 'Infidelity'. Based on the title of the chapter I was expecting some kind of sexual encounter between them but to be honest I was a little disappointed with how it came about. When Kagome was kissed by Naraku in Sess form it seemed very sudden to me, as thought it came out of nowhere. There wasn't really anything, at least not that I could see, that suggested there were feelings/attractions of any kind between Sesshomaru and Kagome at that point. At first I shrugged it off because it was Naraku and he was forcing himself on her. Not much has changed between them from that chapter until this one so I found their tryst here equally as surprising. Granted Kagome did express shame at what she'd done, but it still seems odd to me that she wouldn't have made a bigger deal out of the fact she was a virgin. Considering she'd been with Inuyasha for years at this point and both she and Sesshomaru freely admit that she loves him, to just suddenly give her virginity to Sesshomaru to 'scratch an itch' seems completely out of character for her. If her virginity meant so little why wouldn't she have just done it with Inuyasha ages ago? This scene would be a lot more palpable, at least in my opinion, if Kagome wasn't depicted as a virgin since then the whole 'needing to scratch an itch' analogy would make more sense for both of them. Ultimately I think my feelings towards this chapter come down to the fact that I just didn't see where Kagome went from being an emotional wreck over losing Inuyasha to being interested in Sesshomaru. Her rejection of Inuyasha at the well seemed really out of place. A clearer explanation of why she rejected him might help the reader understand her sudden change of heart. A bit more lead up between her and Sesshomaru, to develop their new acquaintance, before the sex scene would help as well. Things wouldn't seem so sudden then and it would give you time to explain the whys and hows of Kagome's shifting interests. I don't mean this as a negative review in any way. Like I said at the start, I've really rather enjoyed this fic so far. It was just that one scene that struck me as feeling off in an otherwise praiseworthy piece of fiction so I thought I'd offer a little constructive criticism. I wish you all the best with your writing.

hello, this is my first time on this site, my first story read from this site. And words can't explain how I feel about this story. The connection bewteen Sesshomaru and Kagome is so ...real, they go through Real problems in relationships. They have trust and faith. Their parts are so sweet and nice to read. Many parts of this story made me cry. Actually, I bailed like a baby! Ahahahah!!! I don't know if it is meant to be sad? But I guess it just got to me:) There are a lot of twist and turns in the story that I Never could never imagined. Maybe i'm over-exaggerating or taking it too seriously? But this story is just so wonderful. Inuyasha surprised me the most. Maybe it wasn't your intention to make the theme focus on him, but that was all I could think about. He grew up .. and matured so much. His parts made me cry the most . “I know what it’s like to go to sleep and know nobody cares if I wake up again. I can’t go back to that. I’d rather die," , that is so tragic. And it's so heart breaking to think someone, Anyone, would go through things like that and have such a sad childhood, I mean, that's when you are suppose to enjoy your life the most, with the most memorable memories. But yeah, inuyasha is such a sweetheart, i'm glad you found someone for him :). And yes, as you can tell, I take these stuff seriously and yeah.. :) it's a good thing though, because that says that the story got to me, and that's not easy :) Now that i'm done with Atonement, I will go check out your other stories, hopefully, if you have anymore. Btw, the ending scared me because for a second there, I actually thought Inuyasha's (life)/part of the story was actually all fake. But I knew it was a dream, but it was so detailed and it seemed like it could've been real. So kudos for that. What a happy ending, if only the life of the gang was actually real , eh? Ahah, oh, before I end this, I like how you included Kohaku in the ending, that was really cool. And you surprised me by bringing Rin back because I thought it was be the typical "Rin dies, Kagome is there to help Sesshomaru get over her" kind of story. But you certainly caught my off guard! Well, my review certainly can't compete with Langus's, but I just appreciate your writing. Keep up the awesome work, you should write novels, i'd definitely give money to read those! xoxo

Aahah, One Last thing. I just skimmed through langus's review, and he/she has some good cristism, but I don't 100% agree. I don't know how to explain it but.. for example, I think it was perfect how you described kagome's change of heart. Because if you added any more information / flashbacks, etc. It would be boring? .. I don't think that is the right word, but all I know is that it wouildn't have flowed as much as I would like it. It had a perfect amount of .. "the unknown", and "the known", as in I didn't really need an explanation of why Kagome is attracted to Sesshomaru, because I can see it, and understand how she feels. Okay, i'm not making any sense here. But that's just My opinion. Now, i'll shut up ^^

Easily one of the best stories I've read in a while, and I'd have to agree with the others that it kept me on the edge of my seat.

Kagome357 (Chapter 25) - Sun 04 May 2008
I'm glad I finally finished this story. I will admit the Bobby Ewing ending was kinda weird but hey I like the weird. I wouldn't have liked seeing Inu trapped for all time though...nice job. Very different from the "...and they lived happily ever after" ending.

winggoddess916 (Chapter 1) - Sat 03 May 2008
Oh no! Rin died! That jerk Naraku will pay for it. It wasn't Inuyasha's fault, he's just as stupid as Sesshomaru says he is.

fluffylady (Chapter 25) - Mon 28 Apr 2008
soo...i'm kinda confused, was it all a dream or not? i'm thinking it was but idk. anyway, i really liked the story. it's very good and unique. ;D FL

WiccanMethuselah (Chapter 1) - Fri 25 Apr 2008
I loved this story from start to finish. The premise was unusual and the portrayals were in keeping with *my* idea of what the characters would be like under those circumstances. I especially loved the end, after all the trials and tribulations. I
