I'm not kidding when I say I read this as every Christmas! Just like a favorite Christmas movie it means so much to me. The first chapter is 10 out of 10 perfection! It is my favorite fanfic ever and if it was just a one shot it would still be enough. The writing is beautiful, the plot is unique yet true to the source material. The way you convey the holiday traditions is so cozy and comforting, I literally want to be there for Christmas. The second chapter does seem to wrap it up pretty nicely, however since you said you always imagined more for this story I can't help but wonder if a 3rd chapter could be the trilogy to complete it? If you ever think about coming back around to update this... I would literally die! Merry Christmas and happy holidays from an old and forever doukga nerd! 

I still read this every year for Christmas/New Years! It’s been nine years so im losing hope for an update  :( . But I just want you to know it would make me eternally grateful if you completed this! Your dialogue in both chapters is unique and beautiful! It’s so well writen, I will never tire of it. Definitely a classic.

Loving this story! Any chance of another chapter? It would be interesting to see how the courtship progresses. And if Inuyasha produces a sword as irritating as he is. :)

Being that it is Christmas time, I reread this again in hopes that there would be an update. My hopes were dashed. Will you ever continue it? I'd like to know what happens. 

I have followed this fic since you first published it. And every year, around this time I hope for an update. Your writing is simply amazing and beautiful. I don't quite know how else to express my admiration for your work.

Dear forthright, shall you ever write more for this story? It has always been my favorite, despite only having two chapters. I (and I'm sure your many other fans) would be so delighted if you would tell us how Sesshoumaru plans to woo Kagome in one day.

Wow I really wish you would make this into a two-shot! it had just the right amout of humor and I was laughing out loud mulitiple times.  But it was also romantic and creative and came together perfectly. Just Great work.

So it's Christmas Eve, and I remembered this fabulous story, and I was kind of hoping there'd be an update to this tomorrow. Ya know, as it is Christmas. And you promised us yearly updates. And you didn't update last year. (If you can't do it tomorrow, which you should be spending on family anyway, it'd still be great to see an update sometime during the next little while!)

Okay, I am dying to know how he's going to manage to court her and make her his in one day.  That would be one either really long day, or just a really intense one.

Either way, sorry to see you didn't do an update for the end of 2011, but understand that you have had a full RL as you have handed off responsibilities at Dokuga_Contest - and it looks to be shutting down shortly?

Regardless, I hope that you are able to at least tie this up at the end of 2012 and call this complete.  It's truly a lovely little story. 

A change of pace, and really sweet and just fun. Looking forward to the next annual update!
