I am in love with this story. By now Kaogme should begin to see the clues as to her admirer's identity. He's following her. He saved her life. His gifts, in this era where Christmas is unheard of in Japan, can mean nothing short of courtship. Of course her modern mind has yet to associate them with courtship. I am surprised that Kagome didn't think to ask the old woman about the 'beautiful eyes' of her savior. If she had, she would know without a doubt who her admirer is. After all, even if the golden eyes of the inu weren't rare, how many would give gifts adorned with crescent moons and sakura? Please update soon.

When I start a story that is already in progress, I usually don't review until I catch up to the current chapter. I had to make an exception in this case. Your, as you put it, less that abundant descriptiveness actually works out very well for this story. You have focused on the gifts, which is what the story is all about. Kagome at first glance does seem exceptionally dense in not recognizing her secret admirer. The crescent moons on the bracelet and the sakura on the bow and quiver scream to the readers the identity of her admirer. (Not to mention this is a Sess/Kag site of course) But she can be easily forgiven, since the attitude and treatment Sesshoumaru has always shown her would mkae him the least likely suspect in her mind.

I was a little shocked that after all Inuyasha has done her first thought was that the gifts were from him. This chapter effectively squashed that, so that now she can be more open to other possibilities. I like that she is wearing the bracelet and will carry the bow. It will serve to rub Inuyasha's nose in the fact that someone can see her for who she is and appreciates her.

This a wonderful story and I am now off to read the rest of what you have up. I'm sure they next chapters will be as good as the first two.

I'm so glad that Kagome didn't loose her other presents when she got lost in the storm!  I think it's so sweet how Sesshoumaru came to her while she was asleep to leave her new gift.  Of course, if it wasn't Sesshoumaru I might find it a little scary.  :)  Thank you so much for the new chapter!  Please update again soon, I can't wait for more!

I love your new chapter!  I just dread when Kagome meets back up with Inuyasha and the gang.  I'm sure he will tell her that Kikyo would never get lost and that she would look better in the kimono.  I just hope that Kagome will realize that the gifts aren't from him, if she doesn't already.  Thank you so much for your update!

In all honesty, if I was getting extravagent gifts from a secret admirer, I'd think they were laced with poison or some thing to kill me. LOL  But then again, this is also the second year running where I go without any gifts from my true love. le sigh.

Even though you did not cloud my imagination with deep descriptions... you did better than I could have done ha ha. Wonderfully written and well enjoyed thank you. I look forward to reading the third gift... although the bow is quite hard to top in my mind... but then again I am not all that great of a writer ha ha Also ending this one was done perfectly.. can you imagine if Inuyasha would have taken the bow to Kikyo... ugh a whole other story from that one alone!
