I know you're writing these chapters based on prompts, but I have a couple guesses of where you could be going with this? Maybe it's my eternal, or rather infernal, optimistic attitude...but perhaps will Kagome save Sesshoumaru from some reiki-wielding human? They haven't encountered her powers at all at this point! Maybe then she would become endeared by InuTaisho...thus leading to his eventual acceptance of Izayoi.

My other thought is maybe when Kagome eventually returns to her "feudal" time, (cause that HAS to happen, otherwise how do she and Sess hook up?!?!), I was wondering if something like Inuyasha appearing through the well to come and get her would happen. Since Sess sees Kagome as "his", and he is young, and spoiled, and very possessive...to see Inuyasha stealing away Kagome, and Sess being "powerless" to stop it, he comes to hate the individual Inuyasha with a passion. A kind of "first love" unrequited feeling about that too.  Imagine how royally pissed he'd be when he realized it was his half-brother who gets the pleasure of Kagome's company...until Kagome suddenly "realizes" she knows Sess.

Gods, if this plays out right, I can't imagine what Sess has been going through what with seeing Kagome and realizing she doesn't know him...yet...

This was quite funny. Poor Kagome, atleast it just solidifies that little Sesshoumaru actually cares for her. Now if only we could see how this will affect the big Sesshoumaru (if Kagome ever gets back). til next time...

You never see stories that bring up that topic but you have to wonder what woman did do back then, especially the girls in the Inutachi who had to be constantly on the road fighting..shivers I'm very glad I'm a modern girl =]. Isn't amazing to find humor in ingrained bigotry? Such a wonderful chapter! But I say that about all of your work! LOL. It had occurred to me that she might find herself in this predicament; I am not surprised that you handled it so well and in such a funny manner.

Poor Kagome, I would have just died of embarassment!  I think I wouldn't bathe after hearing that the pool would have to be drained after I entered it though.  Plus all of the blood that she would leave behind.  Great update!

This might sound a little creepy, but it's the first; FIRST time I want someone to update RIGHT THIS MINUTE. Preferably writing another 30 chapters before stopping for a break--but that's insane. I think I agree with Kagome about keeping girl stuff secret from Sesshou. It is kinda hard to explain to a young man. I'd bite the bullet and talk to Sesshou's mother as well. But I wonder if Sesshou will be persistent about learning more about a human female's period. Also, I'm still curious about how this will change the future Sesshou. Keep up the good work and update soon :p

the more I read this the more I like it. It is original and has an innocents to it that I have not seen in many of the other stories I have read. It figures that in order to see Sesshoumaru as a believable softy is to make him a child to kagome's almost adult. Wonderful read!
