I loved how you tied Rin and Jakken into the story with Kagome and Hisoka-sensei. Since you had mentioned the blue blocked patterned kimono twice, I was starting to wonder about its significance, as you do not waste your words with descriptions that are not necessary. It just took the ending of the chapter to hit me over the head with its significance.

Okay, I probably shouldn't think this because it's Little Sess... but I'd get a little dithered too if he was whispering in my ear.  Just because I'd remember his older self, and think "oohh, is this how his breath would feel against as an adult?"

Anyway, loved this chapter and I'm anticipating her arrival at the fortress.  What will everyone thinkg?  How will they act?  Will Sess be "snubbed" because he didn't do his rite of passage?  Will Kagome's appearance get anyone to rethink (dad) postition on humans?  Will her care of by Sess "excuse" his "failure"?  So many questions!!!!

Young Sesshoumaru is so much like his older self, well except that he doesn't hate humans yet.  Is it Kagome's actions which will cause this to happen?  I hope not, because he is taking such good care of her.  Thank you for the update!  Please update with another chapter soon!
