Aaahh this is sooooo frustrating!!! If he would only tell her what he really thinks of her, rather than keeping it hidden from her, she wouldn't keep thinking he's a complete ass!!! Really nice writing. I like your way with words, as well as your ideas. Maybe bearing Sess' mating mark will compel her to feel drawn to him, as well as Inuyasha's indecisiveness and emotional unavailability...

I think the story is good so far but sesshoumaru's character is wrong, he isn't the type to lie so you have that right, but he also isn't someone to tricks others and change how deals are made. my suggestion if u want to take it, is that you should have them finish the deal but kagome slowly realizes her feelings for him and when the child is staying with sesshoumaru, she will miss the child as well. overall, you are doing well so keep it up.

Wow i love the way you wrote Sesshomaru's mother, and how his kind view things such as matings etc... Personally i thought Sess was just being completely psychotic, but now that you've shown what his mother is like, and their little conversation, its easier to understand his thinking. Great work on this chapter, and as always i look forward to the next one!
