This is a touching chapter. Inuyasha would be devastated when he finds out Kagome is mated to Sesshomaru and is the mother of his heir after he's revived (IF he's revived. he has to wake up some time). And then what? I have a feeling that Kagome will want to stay with Sesshomaru, now that Kazukimaru is in the picture. She just has to break it to him gently. Then maybe, he'll find someone else, unless the elders throw someone in his face, especially Mizuki. I wonder what they're scheming since they want to make sure Kagome stays with Sesshomaru. His father would be upset if the elders tried to kill Inuyasha. Who knows what'll happen, except you? Those elders are definitely up to something. I can feel it. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Miwa, I forgive you for not updating for a while. I love how you have written this chapter and wish to congratulte you on your award. To me though, your fic is more of a different telling of romance than a dark fic and I truly, truly love it. Thank you for continuing such a touching story and hope you will give us more. I can see her letting go of Yasha and giving in to Sess becuse he gives her what she needs, not what she wants, which is why her and Yasha don't work. Kazuki was a great name to give the pup, definitely fits into the story. Thank you Miwa!

This has been one touching chappie. I'm happy that Kagome was able to give birth without any complications. However, I wonder what will happen when Kagome decides to leave. Do the Inu elders see Kagome as only a tool to give birth to the next generation of the Western Land's heirs? And what happens to the deal Sesshou made with Kagome? Will he keep his end of the deal? What will Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Shippou and Kaede think of all of this? Keep up the good work and update soon :P

Thank you for the update. I was supposed to be reading for Asian Politics and Contemporary China classes but couldn't resist. As I was reading and since my brain was still in study mode I picked up on a few things. 

1. They were in the birthing chamber {{change with to where}} the maids and midwives moved around them to prepare for the Western heir’s delivery.

2. He stared at her to see her panicked-stricken face.{{odd sentence sort of over states the obvious. If it was "He stared at her feelling :blank: emotion from seeing her panicked-stricken face." it would make more sence.}}
 
I really like how you reasoned why male youkai are don't enter the inner chamber, very inciteful.

At one point the song "Tradition!" from Fiddler on the Roof popped into my head...youtube the song and you'll get it if you have no clue what I'm saying.

3. I'm confused on the newborn how is it able to crawl? Is he in his true form and puppy like?

And what a wonderful prayer (that's my interp on it and phrase for it) seshhomaru said there at the end. Send it to Halmark and make millions.

This update was just...amazing! I can feel the love between the two of them; it's growing to be so strong and so unbreakable :) LOL I believe Sesshoumaru would not get into too much trouble, would he? I mean, it is not as if he harmed anyone, and he was only trying to protect his loved ones. That justifies quite a bit in my opinion. Good job Miwa dear, and OMG I just lurrrrve the idea of a mini Sesshy <3
