That action scene with the centipeded was fabulous! I was on the edge of my seat and loving Sesshomaru's gracefully powerful participation. The human saliva was a surprise. Kagome's victory warranted a clap for a job well done. You know, I had an interesting run in the other day with a fellow author (male), that is a die-hard Inu/Kags fan. I was a little appalled at some of his comments on our favorite pairing and felt compelled to speak to him about it. So I emailed him this long letter explaining my upset over his words. After having read his bio, I was expecting a snarling reply. Funny thing, he was extrememly nice about it, though he chose to disagree about the pairing. What I found really interesting was that he admitted to loving your story, Seven Feudal Fairy Tales! As we had this in common, I was obliged to forgive him for being snide toward the Sess/Kag community. I knew then that he was merely a 'closet' Sess/Kags fan. LOL!
