I really truly enjoyed this story! It made me laugh and smile and honestly, touched me with the different truths found in each story for each character. Remarkably enough, Kagome's lessons, about reckless compassion and such... I had already learned on my own, but it was a delight to see them put into words and explained in a way that others could see the lessons without having to suffer through them to understand.
Not that there won't be those who read this and still won;t understand without falling prey to their misguided actions the same way Kagome did, but it was still a pleasant surprise! Even Sesshomaru's lessons resonated with one's I have had to learn, and this story has helped to get me out of a slight depression I was unknowingly falling into... and may have even given me a bit of hope for things that have yet to happen in my life, despite the unerring frequency of foreshadowing that has begun related to the events.
And now I sound as cryptic as the characters of your story ^^; Sorry about that. You're writing is beautiful, and I mildly regret that it took me 9 tries to get past the 6th chapter... I started to read this story back when you first wrote it, but never failed to get distracted and loose interest for some reason for another. I only mildly regret it, because I resolved long ago to live my life without regret, and I think the only reason I did not read your story then is because I was not ready to.
The wisdom of on'e characters is generally a reflection of one's own experiences and lessons, and so it warms me to know that there is someone out htere with these understandings in life. :) Forgive me my ramblings, and please accept my humble gratitude for this fine piece of literature. May you continue to bless the world with your creative prowess in the years to come, my lady.

Taylor (Chapter 23) - Sun 14 Oct 2012
Just want to say, wonderful story so far!!!! I have read a lot of stories on this site and Fanfiction.net, and this has to be one of the best so far on my list. I don't know if you did this on by fault, but i thought you would like to know that the shrine that Kagome lives in, is called the "Sunshine Shrine" (The name of it is in the first managa) So putting Kagome and Sesshomaru as the Sun Goddess and Moon God works out very well!!!
Hannah (Chapter 18) - Tue 31 Jul 2012
I absolutely love Shiro, he is so hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!
The ending was somehow bittersweet but perfect for this particular story. Moving on to Devour Prometheus very soon. :)
As unexpected as this scene was... could not be more appreciated, though I think a cold shower is in order. Wonder what the trio of Q&A would have to say about it... >:)
Meh. I still wish she'd remembered but I'm accepting the fact she won't because you've already written she won't and writing the following chapters based on that fact. That being said, I adore the imagery you supply the reader with and detailed scenes you depict in place of scent. :) Hope Kagome's resolution isn't misguided!
I still wish Kagome remembered. After all, it were her skills and wariness gained and loyalty and purity retained that resulted in Sesshy changing his mind. And though the loneliness was there it was eased with his arrival, and rather than scarred I would say it grounded her and proved the unbreakable nature of her purity. What does kill you makes you stronger (©Kelly Clarkson). Also, the simple idea of giving back years is fantastic so retaining memories while giving back youth wouldn't be too far fetched. Plus, if her keeping memories is so weird, how would Sesshoumaru's additional years be viewed? It's not like he sudsenly gained thirty five years worth of memories. I'm sorry if I somehow offend you. This is no doubt an amazing story, which makes the one flaw stand out even moreso in my point of view... anywho, that being said--- I love the q&a sessions so much. :)
Urgh...disappointment abounds. I wish Kagome had kept her memories of her time on the island. After all, it was her skills and maturity gained through experience that impressed Fluffy and her loyalty through the time that convinced him to open the box. Plus, to be honest, it's just so much better when she can fight/defend herself to a certain degree. I've got to say it's been the first part of your story that has really and truly disappointed me. I hate it when the naive and bumbling female is always getting saved by the male without her knowledge. :/ Other than that-I love your writing. If you wrote an original book, I would love to read it.
