The confrontation and meeting went better than I thought it would. Those two will be an issue later, though. It also seems like someone had been spying on them prior to the meeting, for there to have been rumors floating around.

Looking forward to what's next and this favor.

What an awesome chapter, with the confrontations with Inuyasha, and the council of the lords. I have a feeling that isn't the end of things and there will be some form of retaliation with those recalcitrant lords. Love how strong of a character Kagome has become and can't wait to see what sort of power will be revealed with their new connection as mates. Thank you for the update! I love how awesome they are together now that they're united as a team and romantic partners *heart eyes* :)

I like the barrier, but my favorite imaginative way of a power display would be manifesting a bow of reiki aimed at a heart. But that's a bit more militant. Thank you for the lovely update.

Oh, how awesome!! What a perfect end to this chapter, LOL!!! I'll bet she was coming to apologize to Sesshoumaru, and just happened along while Inu was there, *snicker* As I believe I mentioned before, I'm loving this story... the progression, the twists & turns, all just beautiful.

Sesshomaru couldn't have thought that telling Kagome what Myoga suspected would go well. They better talk things out before the meeting. 

I'm surprised Shippo isn't married, but he is still young (and childish), so it makes sense. Maybe he'll stay in Japan now? Kirara gets excluded from these time jumps so much, so it's great that you included her. <3

The confrontation is upon us. LOL I didn't expect it to start so casually, but I'm sure it won't be overly drawn out. Hopefully Shippo was in the elevator too. He couldn't have gone back to the hotel already?
