Ohhh...that drop was just chock full of gut wrenching moment! Her worries about leaving him, the youkai mourning her mate and the appearance is Sesshomaru in the future. I thought you were going to leave us guessing as to who it was but now we have to wait and see what he's up to. I love your description of the tingling spidery feeling you get on your skin. Nailed it! Great job! Thanks so much.

Yup, I was right, finished it before going to sleep, lol. It just keeps getting better. Though I confess the being watched in the future thing has me worried. I'm assuming it's Sessh watching and I'm scared this one will be a case of Kagome being sent to the future after the final fight and poor Sessh having to suffer through 500 years without his mate. That thought always breaks my heart. 

When I first saw you were re-writing this story, I confess I was a bit miffed and avoided it. I rather enjoyed the first version. But o finally caved to my curiosity- and my adoration of your descriptive yet not excessively flowery writing style- and started anew. 

Holy. Shit. Amazeballs!!

The first version was fun and enjoyable- but this..  this is deep, complex, loving, natural, and so much better! I've read from chapter 1 to here so far today And as I've got an hour in my exercuse bike still, I just might be totally caught up before sleep.

I love his playful, almost shy vulnerability. The way her group is embracing them and even Inuyasha. This feels healthy and wholesome. Something we unfortunately rarely get to see because people rely on toxic drama for excitement. I actually want to see them all GROW together <3

I almost forgot about this! It's such a sweet story I'm so not ready for Naraku coming to mess their bliss up! He blushed how adorable!!! Kids will def out you on the spot no hesitancy lol!
