I am really enjoying this piece so far! The plot (the arrow-chest-void) is a cool, unique way to throw everyone together. Im appreciating the maturation of the character, too. Although you have not shared a timeline since Naraku’s demise, one can feel this sense of the characters having settled into greater maturit, which is so welcome. I like Inuyasha‘s mindful moments as he observes and loves Kagome; I also love this steady, intelligent Kagome. I’ve always had a soft spot for the Kagome who grows and matured into a steadfast bearer of wisdom and decisivenes, rather than falling into the easy trope of flying off the handle/acting without self-awareness for the very different world & culture she’s in. I hope that she blooms. On an unrelated note, I am also a mother to a young child and want to send you kudos for somehow putting this together in those quiet moments of peace that seem to fizzle away so quickly;) You’re amazing. If you keep writing after hours I’ll keep reading when my little one sleeps!

I'm so happy to see an update for this story! I was wondering all the time about Tenseiga and if it would be able to heal Inuyasha. So thank you for sharing this information, even if it made me sad. I laughed when you portrayed Myoga as a kind of double agent :D So the flee is ony playing the part of a fool?

I saw it totally coming that Kagome will be Alpha Bitch ;) And I loved the ending! Kagome kissing Sesshoumaru's chin and observing Inuyasha for a fit of yeaolousy was just funny! :D

Lovely long chapter. Thanks so much this deliciously long chapter. Very sweet sad moments with Inuyasha. I like how you portray him here. Finally realizing her worth. Looking forward to the next chapters. 

Very nice and cute chapter. I think you did a great job in developing Inuyasha into a favorable character. Despite his past misdeeds, he may not tell Kagome about how he feels but he is trying to show her and make it up to her in his own way.

So it seems that Sessho made his decision to take on Inuyasha's pack and making Kagome his alpha female. Since he does not have any other canidates at this time for alpha beta, it would seem that position will temporarily go to Inuyasha. But Kagome's position puts her in a higher status over Inuyasha I believe. I guess Kagome will remain in that position until if or when Sessho takes a mate. Since this is an S/K story...lol

I just hope Kagome does not become pregnant with Inu's pup anytime soon or not at all. I am partial to Sessho, so I think that Kagome has pups for him and full blooded ones...hehehe. LOL

I look forward to future postings to this story but of course it takes a backseat to RL. :)

I am sorry. In my previous review I mentioned Myoga and for those that do not know who he is he Inuyasha's cowardly flea demon retainer. He has a wealth of information and he was the inu brothers father's retainer before the death of their father.

I don't know how I missed this story but it is very good. I just read all six chapters and I enjoyed it very much.

In chapter one when Inuyasha was formally submitting himself to Sesshomaru, I believed he should have addressed him as Lord Sesshomaru and then the rest of his titles.

Where did Inuyasha learn about pack dynamics and did he teach Kagome some of these behaviors? Although he had a little of his gruffness he sounded more intelligent when he spoke which was a bit out of character for him and he even sounded more mature. I am thinking it could have been Myoga that told him that Sessho was maybe looking to build himself a pack and that is one of the reasons he approached his half brother with his plan and I also think it was Myoga that may have taught him about pack behavior also.

This story is very well written. I look forward to more chapters and not to worry about word count. Take it from drabble to full length chapter story and take your time in updating because RL comes first. Excellent job!!!
