I feel like such a dick, but I'm so pleased with this chapter! I didn't really wish bad things for Inuyasha and Kikyo, but it seemed so easy that it was almost superficial...I'm glad that if they manage to sort themselves out, it'll be at a better level. ON TO MY FAVORITE COUPLE, I guess there really isn't anything Sesshomaru can do but wait. I know that things aren't cleared up completely on Kagomes side, mainly because if it were Kikyo would know the specifics of her disagreement with their mom- it wouldn't be right for anyone to be left in the dark... How drastic will Kagome change? I hope not at all- I dont know if there are demons in California, but the thought that she'd see what she hadn't before can be shocking and I hope she can lean on Seshomaru soon 

New reader here! I had to binge on it before I reviewed and I'm glad I did.  I was really feeling Kagome and Sesshomaru,  it's crazy how natural they seemed to be with eachother, but now I'm worried that this craziness will pressure them to something they hadn't imagined before. I feel really bad for Sesshomaru,  will Kagome realize that Sesshomaru didn't know about this situation until after she left? It's crazy to think how coincidental this all was, but because of how intertwined they turned out to be it's easy to forget that Sesshomaru had no idea she was coming and more importantly,  who she was when this assignment started and up until then...I am SO EXCITED to read what's next for these lovely soulmates in the upcoming chapters :]

I think Kagome should have directed her anger and disappointment toward Sesshoumaru's father and her mother. Her mother is the one who lied to her since birth. Why would she assume that Sesshoumaru knew of the arranged marriage? She just jumped to the conclusion.

Her mother is the biggest liar and manipulator in this tale. She did not want her daughter to be in an arranged marriage so she told her husband the kid is dead, fled the country and kept lying to her children. If I were Kagome, I would cut off ties with that woman. 

You are back!!!! It is such a great story and I'm glad that you are writing again. The little mistery has a twist... and Sessh reaction and decition is actually really nice. Hope you keep going with this story.

I am so glad that you are writing this story again.  I believe I begged you to finish it a long time ago. If i am remembering it correctly, you have made quite a few changes. But I am really enjoying the new story.  Please keep on posting.

I am absolutely loving the updates today!  Four, and I hope there are still more to come.  Finally Kagome learns the whole of the truth, and from a father she never knew she had.  Plus the arranged marriage part between elder Taisho and her father.  I cannot wait until futher updates. Please write more today, for I'm dying to know how Sesshomaru is going to get himself back into her good graces (if he even can).  Wonderful writing, by the way! :)
