Nice update.  Too bad you had to write Kagome's out of the story. It was probably neccesary to move the story along.

Why did Toga take in Kagome and what became of Sota and grandpa?

I think this was a very nicely written little tale and I too believe it would make a nice chapter story into their adult years. Excellent job in writing it.

I thought this was sweet. Maybe you could continue it on with the rest of their school years and maybe possibly adult years.
