Yes! She's finally going back!!

I start reading your wonderfully refreshing fic then you stop updating ???? Please don't torture us like this! 

Two things

1. I'm punched in the feels each time a chapter is updated. 

2. Despite my dislike of first person, I can't stop reading this. 

*prays for good or ok ending*

I'm glad things are going good for Kagome. I am just waiting for Sesshomaru to show up!

I have followed this faithfully since the beginning, and I still love it.  The sorrow I feel for sesshoumaru is terrible but alas in that era, he is putting his desires  for her over her honour and  really, honour is all a woman has.  I think kagome has made the proper decision to distance herself and  take a moment (or months)  to put everything in perspective.  She is one smart cookie after all.

 I'm await their reunion Though, quite eagerly might I add.

I hope time passes Kagome gets stronger, and comes back to help Sesshoumar detain Kikyou....but when Kagome comes back she can't all of a sudden be all gushy for Sesshoumaru....maybe Kagome and Sesshoumar will actually fight eachother To! ????

Very nice chapter that brought the feelings and emotions of both Kagome and Sessho. I don't blame Kagome to have doubts about Sessho and his motives after talking to the servants. But she is getting too wrapped up in being in love for the first to see what is really happening around her. She is taking his word on everything he is putting her life in danger with his secrets by dismissing her ordeal with the person that was trying to kill by making her believe that it was a dream or whatever.

Kagome should rely more on her instincts rather than her heart. By her being Rin's tutor she had access to a whole library of books and scrolls and I'm sure that there had to be books on the culture, traditions and customs of the inuyoukai along with other species. She should have at least taken advantage of the books and learned something about who she is living with. Did she think that they would have the same ideals as humans?...how naive of her...just like in Jane Eyre with Mr. Rochester. 

Is Kikyou in this story? Could she possibly be the strange woman that tried to murder Kagome and Sessho is trying to make her believe that it is all Kaede's doing? But why would she be there and what is her connection with the demon lord? I may be out in left field with this but could Sessho possibly be already mated and that is why he didn't ask Kagome to be his mate but only a consort/wife? Like what Kagome was thinking that the so-called marriage would be a sham in demon society and she would be no more than a whore. That is why she needs to learn these thing about demon society before she committs herself, something she should have done when she first arrived at the castle instead of taking everything at face value.

Nicely written chapter. I am looking forward to future updates and I love tihs story. Keep up the great work!!!

Why do I get the feeling that sesshomaru is keeping a big secret from kagome, and has been for a long time now? I can't wait to find out what happens next!
