I think the dragon looks a little miffed that Sesshoumaru interupted the ride he was planning on giving Kagome.

Oookay, so Sesshy's back with his hair pulled back, Hideaki's reentered the pic, and had the dragon prince been sitting there with that look on his face the whole time? Maybe there's some competition for Kagome? Hnnn..

Nothing happened really. Kagome was sitting outside under a tree thinking about her mom when the Dragon prince (Roiyaru) dropped by.

The other women are just random court people (I think) and they made the comment about hanyous staying together.
And a few pages back, it mentioned Sesshoumaru killing or hurting people that made comments against Kagome and the West. Since she is Princess of the West.
Sesshoumaru just happened to be near when those 2 women made the comment, so he took care of it.

The guy in the upper left is Hideaki. The other guy is the Dragon Prince from the last chapter. He's the one what offered to go back with Inupapa when Kagome was killed. He had a Mohawk then. His name is Roiyaru. couple pages back we learn it.
