It Feels So Real
Picture information
Description:
A piece for my fanfic, In My Hand.
This is how I would imagine, if this story was a manga or a movie, the first manga volume/ movie poster would look like. Except, ya know... colorized. I'll eventually get around to coloring it. Maybe.
And I'm terribly sorry if Sesshomaru's anatomy looks weird. I have like, next to no knowledge of male anatomy ^^;
This features Kagome (age 18ish) on the right, and Sesshomaru (age 30-ish) on the left. Kagome's a ballet dancer who manages to catch the discriminatory eye of Sesshomaru, a painter, and they start a relationship, though it's not a very normal one.
(and before you get on my ass about the age difference, it's 1874. Marriages, courtships, mistress-type relationships, etc, between older men/young women were still pretty normal.)
Blahblahblah. Based on a verse from Elton John's Tiny Dancer
Oh how it feels so real
Lying here, with no one near
Only you, and you can hear me
When I say softly, slowly
Also, the patisserie (a french pastry shop) is part of the story line. Not essential to the plot or anything. I just figured I'd be adventurous and add a background (if you can call it that XD), so I slapped the bakery window up there and called it good.
EDIT: ERMAGHERD. I'm sorry that I jacked up the accent on the patisserie sign. There should be an accent circonflex over the a, not an accent grave over the e -_-
