I think his face actually came out looking decent in this pic. I'm still working on the body though and what I want to do with his other arm. ... I have a idea, but I need a bigger sketch pad. lol.

For the rest he just needs a bit more love. I would bring his pectorals up just a bit and flesh out his abdomen and hips some more. Also, maybe try relaxing his arm. His face is fairly relaxed so I would try and give his arms a bit more of an angle at the elbow.
