“Will you find Sesshomaru-sama?” asked the soul of the child as it prepared to depart to the other side.
“I’m not sure Rin-chan,” the girl said, still adjusting to her new duty, “If I find him I’ll tell him.”
“Aren’t you the Soul Piper?” asked the child with teary eyes. The raven-haired girl nodded. “The Soul Piper should make children happy, and play.”
Kagome sighed, knowing the girl was right. “You are the first to ask me to deliver a message,” the miko and new Soul Piper said with an apologizing gaze, “But I swear, if I run across this Sesshomaru—“
“Tell him Rin loved him very much.”
