I always thought that Inu Yasha would have been a lot better series if it had been less about Tetsusaiga, Kikyo, Inu Yasha and Kagome shouting "Inu Yasha", and more about Kagome's growing as a character. Anyway, since it's New Year, I decided to draw a sporty sword-wielding Kagome :3

I agree. If it could have been like Romance of the Twelve Kingdoms with Kagome's development, it would have been even greater. Less recaps of episodes, too.

I agree totally, I haven't watched the anime in ages and probably wouldn't like it if I saw it again. I think most fanfiction readers are fans not so much of the show but of the concept behind it.
