This is an art style called pointillism where small, distinct dots of pure color are applied in patterns to form an image...this picture was done primarily with bold ink pens...it took about a year to get done and about three packs of pens due to the strain of the dotting put on the pens. Also only a picture as the original piece is huge and framed. I focused on Kilala in the pic...but the well is to the right of her
