This is a pic inspired by Rosie B's story Beside you in time. If you haven't read it yet GO....NOW! Here's a bit from the story for this scene.
Nothing was loving, and nothing was tender, except her few, breathy words. But after it was over and he had collapsed on the grass, he didn't feel as if the weight of the world was crushing him anymore. She must have expected and wanted just that - she gave him a small, knowing smile as his muscles relaxed.
And when dawn broke, he found that he had actually slept and that Kagome was stretched out beside him in only her chemise. She was leaning back on her elbows, watching the sky turn pink, but not touching a single strand of his fanned, silver hair.
"You remained awake?" he murmured.
Kagome shrugged. "You deserved the rest." She handed him his shirt and shook out the wrinkles from her dress. "Are we headed to Dublin?"
I've wanted to draw this for ages and think I did it at least a little justice. Thanks for the inspiration Rosie B!
