Kagome surprised herself with how she did not spontaneously combust under the sun when Sesshoumaru’s words settled in her mind. ‘…return the favor with mine…’ Oh my god, was he expecting her to wash his boxers?? The thought of her washing his undergarments was…oh gosh, now the twisted ankle didn’t seem nice anymore, not when it rendered her unable to run back to her room to avoid further embarrassment. How could he possibly suggest something like that??
But because he was back facing her, she did not get to see how she wasn’t the only one blushing.
