People always ask me why I have so many random sketches and why I don't throw away things that I haven't touched in years or that I haven't finished.
Sometimes you can't finish something you started because you don't know what to do with it. This here was something completely different than what it is now. This was a sketch done in 2011, and I didn't complete it until 2014.

Thank you! This actually took me a bit to figure out, especially with his kimono coloring and the hair. This was originally a SessKag piece and he was carrying her, so the only thing that was from the original piece was his face and partial hair. I'm learning now that sometimes it's best to wait and finish things when you understand how to do them correctly, or more efficiently.
