Kagome's Adventures by Katalynn

Prologue

 Disclaimer: I own neither Pokémon nor InuYasha (though I wish I did). I do not make money from writing about either. Anyway onto the chapter!

                                  “Come on Kagome! Wake up nee-chan! Today is our birthday, we turn thirteen today! Today is also the day we receive our first pokémon from Professor Oak! So wake up because I do not want to be late for choosing our first pokémon! If you do not wake up right this second I will just have to take matters into my own hands, hehehe!" Ash said as a devious grin grew upon his lips. He waited until Kagome groaned and rolled over. Ash then jumped on top of Kagome and  proceeded to tickle her until she laughed so hard that she began to hiccup.

                                  “Ash Ketchum! Will you quit tickling me for one momemt, otōto?! Hmm?" Kagome gasped out in between gulps of air and her laughter forced from her by Ash tickling her. The second Ash stopped tickling her, she pounced on him like a predator. She smiled at him as he laughed nervously.

                                  “Now now, Onee-san no need to get hasty, ne?" Ash nervously and hastily said. Kagome merely smiled in response to what Ash said. Ash gulped as his eyes got all large and wide. He whimpered and started muttering prayers. Kagome humorlessly chuckled and metaphorically pounced and sarted tickling Ash until he nearly peed on himself. Ash had tears leaking from his eyes as he gasped for breath.

                                  “Kagome! Kagome! Please get up! I am about to pee on myself, for heavens sake! It feels like you are sitting on my bladder!" Ash cried out. Kagome smiled and got up. Ash glared at her as he ran to the bathroom. After Ash relieved himself, he returned and went to punch Kagome in he arm. She caught his fist without even looking at him. She chuckled at his pathetic attempt at trying to catch her off guard.

                                   “Now have we not been over this before, hmm? You can not land a hit on me." Kagome tutted. “For shame. Shame on you for trying to hit a girl!" Kagome scolded Ash. Ash humphed and jerked his hand out of Kagome's left hand. Ash sighed and left it at that.

                                   “Sorry." Ash muttered.

                                   “I am sorry, what did you say? I could not hear what you said, Ash." Kagome smirked.

                                   “I said I am sorry. Could you hear that, Kagome?" Ash said, louder this time. Kagome smiled and nodded. Ash just sighed and shook his head.

                                   “Yes, yes I could hear that." Kagome said with a cheshire cat grin.

                                   “Come on, let's just get ready to go over to Professor Oak's to receive our first pokémon, okay?" Ash sighed. Kagome nodded, excited. Kagome grabbed some clothes and ran into her bathroom. She put on her black undergarments set. She then put on a black and blue shirt that matched her hair. She put on black jeans. She ran out of her bathroom in less than two seconds flat. She snatched up her large black backpack and ran around her bedroom like a chicken with its head cut off, grabbing things she thought she would need. She packed extra clothes for their journey in her second backpack along with her black and red sleeping bag.

                                   While Kagome was getting her stuff together, Ash was checking to make sure he had everything he needed. He triple checked and nodded once he was sure he had everything he was going to need. He put his pack on his left shoulder and walked through the door that connected their rooms. He watched, amused, as Kagome checked over everything. He chuckled and went to help her. With the two of the checking, it took them less than five minutes to finish getting ready.

                                   Together they ran down the stairs to the front door, calling goosbye over their shoulder to their okaa-san. They had agreed to come back and show their mother their pokémon and to say their final goodbye to their mother. They would visit of course so ot was not like they were saying goodbye forever.

Author' Note: I'm planning on trying to make this as close the pokémon anime. Which means he will be traveling through Kanto, to Johnto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos. Just letting you know. I might make it a series where each new region is another story or I might just combine it. I don't know for sure so we will just have to see. Anyway, please please please review! As always, constructive critisim is always welcome. Encouraged even. Flames are also welcome. Just tell me what you think of my story, that's all I can ask of you.
