Never a storm there's been before
“And it feels like he isn't even trying to understand what I am going through, just says that I need to be stronger.” She sighed and took another drink, groaning at the alcohol taste which was much more prevalent this time.
“If he neglects an angel like you then you he doesn't deserve you.” Sesshomaru said as he took a hold of her chin and turned her to face his, making sure that her eyes connected with his.
“Really?” She asked surprised. She certainly hadn't expected to be spilling her feelings and issues to Sesshomaru, let alone have him say such things, it simply was very out of character for the former demon lord.
“He is an idiot this Sesshomaru assures you.” He said and she smiled as he slipped into how he used to talk. The alcohol must be going to his head. She looked out at the window and it appeared that it had started snowing.
“Oh dear, it appears that it started snowing!” Kagome said as she rushed up again. “I really must go.” She said and as she walked over to the window she watched as the snow seemed to pick up from a light snow storm to almost a blizzard. It was very peculiar.
“You can't go now, just looked at it storm out there.” Sesshomaru said as he lightly placed a hand on her upper arm.
“But mother will surely start to worry now.” She said as she thought about her mother and her father that would be pacing the floor. It seemed the universe wanted to give her a gift for sacrificing so much and destroying Naraku, and because of this they delivered her father to her. Needless to say that he had been a bit possessive and over protective when it came to her as of late.
