Don’t even remember where this came from.

Sesshomaru nearly sneered in revulsion at the words coming out of his mate’s mouth. He knew there was a reason he didn’t usually bring her to see his mother. They both tortured him on their own, but when they were together, it was so much worse.
Kagome scoffed and waved her hand dismissively at the look on Sesshomaru’s face. “Oh please! Don’t be so dramatic, Sesshomaru. It’s the truth and there’s no use trying to deny it, right, Mama?”
“Certainly, darling,” his mother said smoothly, smirking at him.
He said nothing.
Kagome rolled her eyes. “Honestly! Your mother really does need to start dating again– take that look of your face, Fluffy. You know I’m right.”
“You are indeed, darling. Sesshomaru, you must agree. After all, I am a woman, and I do have needs.”
Sesshomaru’s face instantly went blank. No. There was no way he was having this conversation with his mother. No way at all.
“Exactly!” Kagome exclaimed, clapping her hands together, heedless of his discomfort. “Not only does she have needs, she perfect!”
“Kagome!” his mother said, smiling mischievously.
“No! You are, Mama! You’re wealthy, and powerful, the total package. And you’re desirable to boot; positively gorgeous!”
“Kagome!”
Sesshomaru felt nauseous. It was a new feeling. He wasn’t sure he had ever felt like this before in his life. He was sure he was going to be sick.
“With all that in mind, I think it’s time you get back out there, Mama. How about Kenichiro? He’s handsome, and not too much weaker than you.”
They both giggled. They giggled.
He definitely felt sick.
“He is rather attractive,” his mother murmured.
“You’re kidding me! He’s a total catch! Traditional, too. He’ll court you properly and everything. He’ll even ask Sesshomaru for your hand.”
His mother pursed her lips and shot him a shrewd look. “I very much doubt Sesshomaru would approve.”
“Of course he would!” Kagome said, nodding emphatically. “He wouldn’t dare deny you the pleasure of being mated to a man who loves you.”
She said this while glaring at him, showing that she wasn’t so much reassuring his mother as threatening him.
He was really going to throw up.
“Hmm. Perhaps I will talk to Kenichiro.”
“No! Don’t just talk to him; drop a few hints, too. You’re great at subtlety, I know. Why don’t you call him right now? Go, call him, and come back and tell me what he says.”
His mother smiled and stood. “I will. Thank you, dear. You’ve given me the motivation I wasn’t aware I needed.”
“No problem! I’m sure Sesshomaru would love to have a few new half-siblings!”
His mother laughed. His eyebrow twitched. More half-siblings? What was his mate thinking?
His mother walked away, leaving him alone with his grinning mate. She turned to him, her eyes sparkling.
“Isn’t this just great?” she asked enthusiastically.
He couldn’t bring himself to answer.
…
Poor Sesshomaru!
They really had that conversation in front of him.
