Word Count: 100 

Sesshomaru cradled the demon bone mortar in his right hand as he examined the freshly ground cardamom. Satisfied with the consistency he called forth his poison and allowed a couple of drops to fall into the powder. He picked up the pestle and mixed poison and cardamom into a paste. The procedure had become a familiar one since mating with Kagome. Since their mating didn’t make his miko immune to his poison; he had his mate use this paste to develop immunity. The cardamom acted as a neutralizing agent rendering it harmless while her body became accustomed to handling it.
