It was finally time for them to head back to the Western palace. They were already packed up and ready to go all that was left was to bid farewell to everyone.

Ai had Kagome and Kikyo wrapped in a tight hug, “Promise that you will visit as soon as you can!”

Kagome nodded answering for them both, “We promise and ask the same of you.”

Ai nodded in agreement and they finally released each other. Ai watched them leave until they were out of sight then turned and entered back into her home.

On the journey home all they could hear was Inuyasha and Kikyo arguing over something or other.

Kikyo screamed, “Well maybe if we could deflate that oversized ego of yours then maybe you would listen to what others have to say!”

Inuyasha could only stare after her as she stormed away from him farther down the road. Kagome looked to Sesshomaru and after he nodded ran to catch up to Kikyo.

Touga came up beside Inuyasha, “My son there is one lesson you should learn when it comes to females. If they are already angry simply nod your head and say they are right otherwise you will be in a hell of big trouble.”

Sesshomaru could only agree with what their father was saying.

Inuyasha huffed, “I did not do anything though!”

Touga and Sesshomaru just shook their heads Inuyasha would never learn.
