Sesshomaru considered this, “Do you have the legend with you Kagome?”

Kagome grinned at him and walked over to the chest that contained her clothes. She dug around for a bit before she pulled out a large envelope.

She gently placed it in Sesshomaru’s hands, “I know you need to see it as well as show it to your father and Lord Jin but please be careful with it.”

Sesshomaru placed a kiss on top of her head, “I will make sure that it receives the upmost care. Now I would like to escort you back to the tea room with Lady Ai. I know you all will not like it but you, Lady Ai, and Lady Kikyo will always have at least one of us with you at all times until we can figure out what is going on.”

Kagome huffed in annoyance, “You will not change your mind about this will you?”

Sesshomaru smirked shaking his head in the negative.

Kagome groaned, “Fine, I guess since Kikyo is sick Inuyasha is probably going to be staying with her at all times. You are taking the legend to your father and Lord Jin so I assume that means Kazuo is going to be the one to watch over Ai and myself.”

Sesshomaru nodded his head, “You are correct Kagome.”

Kagome sighed once again, “Okay Sesshomaru but if this is not a threat and it is Lady Midoriko’s intended mate from the past we will try to handle this delicately. There is no need to be aggressive about this and I would like to solve this as quickly as possible.”

Sesshomaru agreed wholeheartedly, “We will handle this with care if it as you think then once he sees that you are not Lady Midoriko he will be able to move on with is life.”

Kagome nodded happy and hopeful.
