Kikyo stayed in her room the next day she had caught a cold from the cool air when they were riding the horses. Kagome was not allowed in for fear of her catching Kikyo’s cold as well so she spent her day in the tea room with Ai.

Meanwhile, Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and Kazuo where with Lord Touga and Lord Jin discussing some disturbing news that a spy had delivered to Lord Jin late the night before.

Lord Jin growled lowly, “We must discover who this traitor is and quickly!”

Lord Touga agreed, “Indeed we do we also need to dispose of these vile serpents they have gone too far with their greed this time.”

Sesshomaru growled viciously, “If what your spy says is true Lord Jin then we must keep a close eye on Kagome. If even one hair on her head is harmed I will kill the serpent that attacks her slowly and with much pleasure!”

Lord Touga looked to his eldest son, “I agree with you my son I believe that the three of you should stay near your intendeds until this threat is dealt with.”

Nodding their heads in agreement the three set of to find the females in their lives. Inuyasha’s made a bee line for his chambers knowing that Kikyo was there. Sesshomaru and Kazuo had to use their noses to find their intendeds. Picking up their scents they quickly made their way to their location.

Sesshomaru entered first and called out, “Kagome may I speak with you in private for a moment?”

Kagome looked at him curiously but stood and followed him out of the tea room. Sesshomaru lead her down the many halls until they were in their chambers once again.

Kagome looked at him curiously, “What is the matter Sesshomaru?”
