Kagome awoke the next morning to Sesshomaru standing at the end of their bed with a small smirk on his face and a long thin piece of cloth in his hands.

Kagome yawned, “What are you up to Sesshomaru?”

Sesshomaru chuckled, “I have a surprise for you but you will have to wear this blindfold before I will take you to it.”

Kagome gave him a small smile, “Alright then let me get changed first.”

Sesshomaru nodded his head as he watched Kagome climb out of bed and head behind the changing screen. After a few moments she emerged completely dressed and stood in front of him. He circled around behind her and tied the blindfold securely in place. Then lifted her in his arms and made his way to the back exit of the palace. When he arrived he noticed both Inuyasha and Kazuo in the same position as himself. The only difference was that Kazuo had Ai’s nose buried in his neck so that she could not pick up the scent of their surprise. They all sat the females on their feet once they arrived to their destination and Sesshomaru now noticed that Ai also had something covering her nose from smelling anything besides the scent that was on the cloth across her nose.

Sesshomaru whispered to Kagome, “Stay here and do not move.”

Kagome nodded her understanding and Sesshomaru nodded to the other two males. The three made their way into a building to retrieve the surprise for the girls.

Sesshomaru cleared his throat, “All three of you may remove you blindfolds.”

The girls did so quickly and gasped at what they saw.

Kagome slowly walked up to Sesshomaru, “It’s beautiful Sesshomaru.”

Sesshomaru smirked, “She is all yours Kagome. You must be careful though because she is a demonic gypsy vanner horse.”

Kagome nodded as she stared at the horse in awe. Looking to her left and right she saw that Ai and Kikyo had also received a demonic gypsy vanner horse only in different colors than her own. They all waited as the boys saddled the horses up so the girls could go riding while they attended to business with Lord Touga and Lord Jin.
