Jin had stopped trying to work on anything awhile back and was now sitting with Sesshomaru and Touga drinking demon sake in his study. He could see clear as day that today would be another day that Sesshomaru and Touga could not concentrate on anything. It had been like this ever since Kagome lost conscious.

Inuyasha burst through the doors at that moment, “She started moving!”

Before anyone else moved Sesshomaru was out the door and out of sight. By the time the others made it to the room Sesshomaru was sitting on the bed with a wide awake Kagome sitting in his lap. Kagome gave them a soft smile when she finally looked up to see them.

Sesshomaru growled into her hair, “Do not ever do that again do you understand me?”

Kagome gave a soft sigh, “I am sorry I did not know that would happen.”

Touga and the others walked over to the bed, “It is good to see you awake once more Kagome.”

Kagome smiled at Touga, “It is good to be awake and I am sorry that I caused so much worry.”

Touga sighed, “You are still in a lot of trouble though.”

Kagome looked down, “Yes I know and I will accept any punishment that you hand down to me. What we did was wrong and dangerous. We knew we would get in trouble but we just wanted to help. We really did not mean any harm.”

Touga gave her a soft smile, “This I know well Kagome but as you said it was dangerous and you knew it was wrong but the three of you did it anyway. Now I will tell you in the morning what your punishment will be. Kikyo has been waiting patiently for you to awake since she has not been punished yet either.”
