Once the girls made it to the tea room they sat around the low table on the cushions and waited until a servant brought them tea. They made sure that the servant left before they began to speak in hushed voices.

Kagome huffed, “I say we go out on our own and find out who this is and what they want.”

Ai smirked, “I agree with you Kagome they have to know that the only way this person is going to be found is if we do it since they cannot sense them.”

Kikyo sighed, “I will not even discuss this until I am sure that the two of you understand the consequences. If we do this you know that it is more than likely we will have severe discipline handed down on us. We will be disregarding a direct order from two Lords as well as our mate to be in mine and Kagome’s part.”

Kagome and Ai looked at each other for a few moments.

Ai spoke first, “I still say we should take matters into our own hands.”

Kagome nodded in agreement, “I agree like we have already said they cannot sense this person whoever they are. This is something that only we can do.”

Kikyo nodded, “Very well as long as you both are aware of what we may be facing after doing this. We need to make a plan.”

Ai tapped her chin in thought then gasped, “I know how we can get out of the castle.”

Kagome grinned, “How Ai once we have that figured out all we need to do is find this person and take care of it.”

Ai grinned then stood, “Follow me, we will handle this right now and be done with it!”

Kagome and Kikyo quickly followed Ai down several hallways and down a hidden tunnel to the woods just past the castle walls. They followed the presence until they came to a clearing about a half a mile away from the castle.

A male voice chuckled, “Now what do we have here!”

The three girls spun around Kikyo immediately stepped in front of her sister as Kagome released a horrified scream when she saw the male. Ai took her queue from Kikyo and blocked Kagome away from his view as well.

Kikyo snarled, “I thought you were dead! How the hell can you be here now?”

He smirked, “Ah my dear Kikyo dark magic can do amazing things.”
