They had been looking for the better part of a day for Rin’s bracelet. Kagome was determined to find her little Rin’s bracelet. Kagome looked up when she felt Sesshomaru’s presence near. Curious Kagome stood up from her search along the ground and made her way over to him.

Sesshomaru looked at her curiously, “Why where you crawling around on the ground?”

Kagome scowled at him, “We have been searching for a bracelet that means a lot to Rin since this morning.”

Sesshomaru nodded his head, “Do you recall what this bracelet looks like?”

Kagome considered his question for a moment, “Now that you mention it I do not.”

Sesshomaru sighed, “Then how do you propose to find it?”

Kagome’s eyes widened at that he was right of course but she would be damned if she would admit that. She simply huffed and walked away from him to continue her search. Sesshomaru shook his head at the strange female that he was supposed to be destined for. He decided that he would help search for the little one’s bracelet as well. However he would not let them know that he was assisting unless he found the object. Kagome’s head snapped up almost an hour after she went back to her search.

Shippo looked towards her with a huge smile, “We found it mama.”

Kagome sighed in relief and made her way over to them. What she saw on the other side of the bush however shocked her to her core. She could only stare at them with wide eyes. Sesshomaru stood still holding the little one to his chest. Rin giggled happily clutching her bracelet in one hand and Sesshomaru’s clothing in the other.

She looked at Kagome and held out her hand revealing a bracelet with rainbow colored beads all around it. “Look mama Lord Sesshomaru found Rin’s bracelet!”

Kagome fainted when she heard her little Rin speak for the first time since she had come into her care.
