Note: Hello everyone! Welcome to A Kitty's Conundrum, in which our favorite dog has a bit of a cat problem. This story will be written in 100+ word drabbles, eventually using various prompts, and updates will come daily, so long as I can manage it.

Kagome did three things when the crap hit the fan.

First, she marveled at the amount of crap—which, if she were honest with herself, was a bucket load and then quite a bit more.

Second, she allowed herself a precious moment to be amazed at how a day could go from perfectly perfect to perfectly imperfect in the time it took her to blink.

And third,— the "doing" of which was accompanied by the realization that the crap really had hit the fan and she wasn't dreaming—was to utter two words; two very, very un-Kagome-like words.

"Oh, shit."
