“So, that's all I have to do?” Kagome looked dumbfounded, the old priestess nodded. “But... But that’s to easy!”

“Not every spell is complicated, child.”

Kagome scrutinized the old woman before shrugged, “All right, I'll try it, thank you very much Kaede.” She bowed and was out the door.

Back at camp she went over her plan with Sango and Miroku. “I mean, we're taking a break anyway for Sango, so I figured, why not? Why not go home and give Sesshoumaru a tour, it's the least I could do since he's kept us all alive for the past... five years.”

“If your sure about this, Kagome-sama, then I see no harm in it.” He rubbed his wife's growing belly fondly. “Just keep yourself safe, that is all I ask.” Kagome smiled at him before moving over to hug them both.

“Will you be taking Shippo with you?” Sango asked, eying both of the rosaries in her sister's hand.

“Yep!” She beamed.

“Kagome, what are you going to do for them? You can sit them both, Sesshoumaru would kill you and Shippo is so small.”

Kagome sat back on her haunches and thought, gazing over at the face print left by their missing hanyou. “I had planned on using something else of course, I just don't know yet.” While mulling over ideas Kagome went about packing up her things, piling all her leftover ramen and ninja food next to Sango. “I wont need it so you guys have at it while I'm gone.” She suddenly shot up, light bulb. “Oh! I got it!”

She walked over to Shippo, who was napping on her sleeping bag, and poked him. “He sleeping head, I need to pack this up.” She kneeled down and he sat up, rubbing his eyes. “You mean you're leaving.” Shippo looked up at her through watery eyes. Kagome smiled down at him, “Yes and you're coming with me!”

Eyes wide open and a grin that could rival the Cheshire cat's plastered on his face, he jumped up. “Really?!”

She tilted her head to the side and nodded. “Hold still.” Kagome folded her hands right above her heart, she said the little incantation Kaede had told her. Sango and Miroku watched as the beads of one rosary lifted and separated, only to reform around Shippo's neck.

“Mama,” he tugged on her sleeve, “you're not going to sit me, are you?” She smiled down at him, “Of course not! Now, are you ready?” He nodded, she held her arms out. “Shippo, hug!”

Before he could react, Shippo flung himself at the miko in a fierce, bear like hug. With Shippo still plastered to her midsection she rolled her sleeping bag up and stuffed it in her pack.

“Alright guys, I'm off.” She hugged Miroku, careful not to smoosh her kit, and leaned down to rub Sango's belly. “Don't have her without me.” She winked. She turned Shippo's head slightly so he could breath and popped a lollipop in his mouth. Kagome picked up her pack she bid farewell to her friends and walked out of camp.
