Prologue - Sometime in 2024

A/N: First off, I wanna say that I know the summary sucks. It doesn’t really tell you anything at all. If you really do want a legitimate summary, look on my profile. Second, this is a darkfic. It will contain with angst, graphic descriptions of gore, and mental instability. There will NOT be your classic happy ending. I know, scary right? But I do hope that someone is willing to put up with the insanities of my mind long enough to read and review! (I know this first chapter is extremely short. The ones following will be longer.)

Prologue – Sometime in 2024

White. For innocence. He scoffed. There was nothing innocent about this place. Padded from top to bottom, the surrounding restraints had seen his darkest moments. He saw something move in the corner of his eye. A flash of blue. A streak of ebony. He whipped around immediately. Nothing. He immediately tried to take it back. To force his mind away from her. Do not think of her. Do NOT think of her. But it was too late. She had invaded his mind. The same way she had done so many years ago. The same way she did everyday. She plagued him. Tortured him endlessly. Her smile. The spark in her eyes. There was not a single detail he could not recall. Sighing, something he would never have done a mere 20 years ago, Sesshoumaru Taisho resigned himself to his fate. Walking to the western corner of the room, he slumped back against the cushioned wall. He closed his eyes and surrendered himself to the onslaught of memories to follow. A single thought crossed his consciousness before being swept away. I regret… nothing.
